• ICC Healthcare (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. Seeking a candidate willing to work a mix of days and nights. Qualified Candidates: Acute care certified NP/Licensed PA and ICU experience preferred Ability to work Full Time 12-hour shifts Mix of days and nights Anticipate managing up to 12 patients per shift 3 MDs and 3 APPs (6 am to 6 pm); 1 MD and 2 APPs (6 pm to 6 am) 26 bed Medical ICU, 26 bed Neuro/Cardiac ICU, SICU consults, ECMO, and co-mangaement of CTS patients Busy program with high acuity patient population Incentive/Benefits Package: Competitive compensation W2 Employed position Appropriate staffing models 100 % covered occurrence based malpractice Insurance Expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections Ability to practice at the top of scope About ICC Healthcare: ICC Healthcare employees over 700 providers in 70 programs with 6-8 new programs opening each year We are part of the HCA Healthcare system of care HCA owns and operates over 190 facilities in 19 states providing services to over 40 million patients annually The success of the ICC intensivist program relies on strong team building strategies within the ICU, the hardwiring of best practice evidence base protocols and streamlining the delivery of hospital wide critical care services.
