You’ll need
Licensure
✓Current Alabama license as a Critical Care Paramedic.
✓FPC/CCP-C, ACLS, PALS, BLS, BTLS/PHTLS Experience: 3 years as a licensed Paramedic. 1 year as a primary care provider in the pre-hospital environment Additional Skills/Abilities: capable of working overtime as required
Qualifications
✓flexible to scheduling to meet the department and hospital staffing needs.
✓Available for on-call when required.
✓Possess knowledge of, or the ability to gain, skills necessary to administer care under critical care protocols and guidelines established by the medical director and/or the ADPH.
✓This includes, but not limited to, specialized equipment, advanced medications, intubation, IV and intraosseous access, advanced cardiac monitoring, complex ventilator management, providing dynamic patient assessments, radiology interpretation, rapid decision making and planning.
