How you’ll make an impact in this role Join a team of 2 FT physicians and 4 APPs Practice setting: primarily inpatient ICU Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified in Critical Care Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Champion the care team experience for loved ones Facilitate practice growth and quality outcomes Collaborate with colleagues to foster a highly efficient practice model Shifts are 24hrs (12 onsite, 12 unattached call - APP is onsite overnight) At least 1 year of critical care experience is preferred About the Facility Sacred Heart Bay opened in 1949 and was acquired by Ascension in 2019 to further the Sacred Heart mission in the Panama City community: providing excellent health care to all people, with special attention to the poor and vulnerable. 200 bed Level II Trauma Center (Part of a robust clinical network with our sister facilities in Pensacola, Destin, and Port St.
