✓Requirements
Education
✓The candidate must be a graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Counsil on Accreditation for Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA).
✓A Doctoral degree from an accredited institution of higher Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNP/DNAP) or currently enrolled in a program conferring a Doctoral Degree.
Qualifications
✓Experience as a CRNA in a clinical role for a minimum of 1 year required, 3 years preferred. Preceptor experience required, lecture experience preferred.
✓Creativity, flexibility, adaptability, conflict resolution abilities are all required.
✓The ability to develop knowledge of, respect for, and skills to engage with those of other cultures and/or background is required.
Strong computer literacy and experience with use of Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is preferred.
