Licensure
✓CRNA must be licensed by the State of Arkansas as an RN, and ARNP, and be certified by the Council on Certification/Recertification of the AANA.
✓Current CRNA license or CRNA Licensure by date of hire

Certifications
✓Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists by date of hire (proof of these requirements may be requested at any time).
