Certifications
✓Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
✓CT Certified or Certified within 18 month orientation period
✓Current CPR certification or be eligible to complete within three months of hire
Education
✓Associate degree in Radiologic Technology or
✓Completion of Accredited Hospital Program (RTR)
Qualifications
✓Knowledge of day-to-day operations of a medical imaging department within a hospital setting
✓Patient care and effective communication and interpersonal skills
✓Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
✓Competence in the care and service to our patients and customers of all ages
✓Knowledge of standard precautions and associated techniques
✓Patient and clinician safety measures (e.g. proper body mechanics, safe patient movement, isolation, etc.) used during provision of patient care
1 year experience in CT is desired preferred
Knowledge of EPIC, RIS and PACS preferred
