You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensure by the State of Indiana
Certifications
✓Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists ARRT(R)
✓Maintain CPR certification
✓Mantains licenses/ certifications and required continuing education credits
✓Must be a registered CT Tech ARRT (CT) within 1 year of hire
✓As a condition of employment, the member is required to take and pass the Advanced Specialty Registry within the first year of employment.
Education
✓Graduate of an accredited school of Radiological Technology
Qualifications
✓Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with various levels of hospital personnel, including: medical staff, nursing personnel and other health team members, and occasionally representatives of outside agencies/companies.
✓Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for Neonates, Infants, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric patients/family served.
✓Excellent attitude, interpersonal skills and communication abilities necessary to interact with patient, physicians, and other hospital associates.

One-year specialized training /experience preferred, in order to acquire a suitable knowledge of anatomy and physiology and in-depth knowledge of CT, and expertise in scanning procedures and technique
