About the role

Identifies patient service requirements. Educates patients/families regarding procedure and/or treatment to be performed.

What you’ll do
Produces high quality imagesProduces high quality images and prepares/presents them, with other pertinent patient information, for timely interpretation
Practices radiation protection techniquesPractices radiation protection techniques (ALARA) using beam restrictive devices, patient shielding, and knowledge of exposure factors and automatic exposure controls
Troubleshoots and notifies appropriateTroubleshoots and notifies appropriate personnel to maintain equipment performance
May train new employeesMay train new employees or lead day-to-day work activities
