You’ll need
Licensure
✓must possess a current Oregon State Radiologic Technologist License in good standing Must maintain continuing education requirements as specified by the State of Oregon, and ARRT for each certified modality.
Certifications
✓Shall have a working knowledge of appropriate areas of this department and demonstrable ability/knowledge to perform procedures competently and independently in each area of advanced certification
✓Must have ARRT Registration and Certification(s) in CT
✓BLS is required through the American Heart Association.
Qualifications
✓Must have sufficient experience to meet all requirements of the Radiologic Technologist and recent clinical experience and competency in each additional modality.
✓Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADA Compliance
✓Must be in generally good health with the ability to use mobile radiographic equipment as required for patient care
✓must be able to transport patients as appropriate as well as assist with patient transfers and lifting of patients as required.
✓Position involves standing, walking, stooping, twisting, and occasional carrying and lifting of materials (up to 50 pounds).
✓May be required to sit for extended periods of time.
✓Requires visual acuity and depth perception to recognize words and numbers
✓and hand and finger dexterity and hand/eye coordination to use a computer keyboard and common office equipment
