in this role: "Demonstrates competence in all areas of Cat Scan and supervision: positioning, physiology, procedure preparation, technical factors, and management of the department." Ensures that there is an adequate supply of materials available. Cleans, sterilizes and or disinfects areas and/or equipment. Responsible for proper use of Radiology Information System.
Shall be actively involved in the TQM process and present creative solutions to processes. Position patients for each anatomical view using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary. Explains CT procedures to patients.
