Education
✓Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
✓Solid knowledge of graduate medical education/residency program requirements.
✓demonstrated ability to evaluate curriculum content and advise on sequencing and timing across a multi-year training program.
Master's degree in related area. preferred
Experience with, or demonstrated ability to quickly learn, scheduling and educational program software and platforms. preferred
Qualifications
✓A minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
✓Thorough knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory requirements. Thorough knowledge of the medical education industry.
✓Thorough knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design principles
✓Demonstrated experience planning and executing large-scale educational events (e.g., retreats, graduation, conferences, career/job fairs), including space reservations, logistics, and vendor/speaker coordination.
✓Demonstrated experience and documented excellence in oral and written communications skills; ability to work effectively and diplomatically with faculty, program leadership, and residents.
✓Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills; ability to support and monitor advising/mentoring relationships and hold stakeholders accountable to program goals.
✓Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and demonstrated attention to detail; ability to manage multiple concurrent scheduling and logistics projects and meet competing deadlines.
