The University of Iowa Health Care Downtown Campus department of Environmental Services is seeking a Custodian to provide a safe, clean and healthy environment for patients, guests, visitors and staff. This position is scheduled to work second shift. Starting salary, $17.66/hour.

- General cleaning
- Trash removal
- Stock supplies for cart and custodial area
- Clean and disinfect restrooms/ refill restroom supplies
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and damp mopping hard surface floors
- Carpet cleaning
- Unit/bed making
- Wall & ceiling washing
- Furniture moves and room setups
- Use various types of custodial equipment in performance of duties
- Other tasks and duties as assigned This position is performed fully on campus. Percent of time: 60%
- 3rd Shift Sat-Sun 6pm-6am Salary: $17.66/hour Benefits Highlights:

• Ability to read, write, and follow directions Desirable
- Previous cleaning experience
- Experience working in a healthcare setting and working with the public
