The custodian is responsible for major floor care projects, trash disposal, and cleaning of common areas in the community.
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required. Must have valid and active Driver License issued from any state.
Successful completion of Cypress Club of Raleigh’s golf cart training. As a condition of employment, all employees of The Cypress of Raleigh must successfully pass a drug/alcohol test and a thorough criminal history check.
