The good customer care associate handles requests and complaints efficiently and pleasantly.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT Provide customer service in-person, electronic and by telephone to both members and guests, including registration, POS (area specific) and other services, as required. Manage communication and troubleshooting, as necessary.
