Qualifications
✓CCRs are required to have strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills
✓are able to flow between tasks
✓exercise independent judgment as needed and perform assigned duties in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
✓A working knowledge of general office equipment including
✓computer, fax, scanner, and multi-line phone system.
✓Ability to type with accuracy and minimal error including 10 key.

About the role

The Customer Care Representative (CCR) is responsible to accurately register patients for outpatient services and inpatient admissions and scheduling patients. The CCR is responsible for insurance verifications and co-pay collections. The CCR is knowledgeable about the organization to assist patients when needed.
