- POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:
- Promotes the facility mission, vision and values by effectively communicating them to others. Considers mission, vision and values in developing services, standards and practice
- Promote and implement excellent customer service to all customers.
- Direct all customer complaints and concerns to Program Director in a timely manner
- Directs customers to desired or necessary destination.
- Deliver flowers and newspapers to customers on daily basis.
- Maintains waiting areas in an orderly fashion according to Program Director.
- Assist department with other duties/issues as necessary.
- Assist in transporting patients when appropriate.
- Greet everyone who enters facility in a friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, and transfer to appropriate patient or employee.
- Take referrals from hospitals and advise assessment coordinators in a timely manner.
- Notify housekeeping when patient rooms, conference room, or family room need attendance.
- Print census daily for patient care teams, and have them readily available.
- Make copies, type forms/documents, deliver items between administration and nurse’s station as requested. Other duties as assigned. - B. Working Conditions : The individual spends over 95% of his/her time in an air-conditioned environment with varying exposures to noise.
