6:15pm Holiday availability required. WORK LOCATION Greenwood Urgent Care KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. Determines the best method for problem resolution of basic issues, meeting patient/customer needs and organizational guidelines. Collaborate with other departments for issue resolutions as necessary. Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling. Processes orders, exchanges, and other service requests. Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude in all patient/customer interactions. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma/GED is required. Requires 0
