About the role

Responsible for providing therapeutic clinical services in the mode of applied behavior analysis (ABA) in assigned clinical area and for participating in program development and implementation.

What you’ll do
Implement individualized treatment plansImplement individualized treatment plans and continuous measurement procedures under the direction and close supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and document dataCollect and document data on patient progress, including tracking challenging behaviors, responses to interventions, and progress toward goals
Utilize appropriate outcome measuresUtilize appropriate outcome measures to evaluate patient progress in targeted behavioral intervention areas
Document objective session notesDocument objective session notes for service verification by describing what occurred during the sessions, in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory, and workplace requirements
Safely and effectively respondSafely and effectively respond to and manage challenging or high-risk behaviors
