In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this senior individual contributor Business intelligence (BI) position is also responsible for a combination of duties spanning business analytics, data mining, data visualization, and data tools and infrastructure. This includes leveraging KP practices to help the organization make sound data-driven decisions. This position is also be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that will help drive KPs strategic and operational business decisions.
This includes using BI tools (e.g., Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to access and analyze data sets and present analytical findings in visually driven and focused reports, summaries, dashboards, graphs, charts, and maps to provide users with detailed intelligence about the state of KPs business. Minimum five (5) years experience programming with Cognos or other BI tool. Minimum three (3) years experience applying folder and data security. Minimum two (2) years experience in relational and dimensional data Modeling.
Minimum one (1) year experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports. Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field and Minimum five (5) years experience in data analytics or a directly related field. Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
