You’ll need
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
Qualifications
✓1-3 years of experience in Database Administration or relevant area.
3-5 years of healthcare data analysis experience, preferably in Women's Health, obstetrics', perinatal services, or clinical quality reporting. preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, advanced lookup functions (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), formulas, and VBA/macros. preferred
Experience working with Epic or other electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare data sources. preferred
Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational, quality, and strategic decision-making. preferred

The Women’s Health Database Administrator supports the Women's Health Service Line through the collection, analysis, validation, and reporting of data across 5 Atlantic Health maternity centers.
