Responsibilities We are now hiring Day shift Registered Nurses at Sea Grove Recovery Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery provides substance use treatment for adults, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment.
Sea Grove offers detox and residential care and a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week, with PHP lodging available. The program allows for those in our care to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs. In addition to the substance use program, Sea Grove Recovery is equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder.

The RN participates in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on comprehensive care strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting regular patient rounding to ensure safety and applying strong clinical knowledge of detox protocols.
The RN is responsible for completing standardized withdrawal assessments, including COWS and CIWA, and providing essential patient education on the withdrawal and recovery process. The Registered Nurse will participate in the admission process for new patients. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and ensureing patient safety during the detox process.
The Registered Nurse helps create a supportive environment that promotes recovery and healing for all patients by fostering teamwork and effective communication.
