✓Graduate of a Dental Assistant Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Dental and Dental Auxiliary Education Program required OR Student in a dental assisting program registered by the NYSED under the direct supervision of a licensed dentist required
✓CDA-Certified Dental Assistant New York State license or Limited Permit upon hire required OR CDA-Certified Dental Assistant New York State license or Limited Permit within 18 months if the employee is a student in a dental assisting program registered by the NYSED under the direct supervision
