About the role

Assists potential new patients and referring offices with new patient processes, with a large volume of phone contact and electronic and/or faxed new patient information.

What you’ll do
Process all incoming referralsProcess all incoming referrals for new and existing patients and contact patients to schedule appointments
Requests prior medical recordsRequests prior medical records, testing, and referrals and ensure information is received prior to appointment
Keeps track of eachKeeps track of each referral at various stages of completion and continually following up on pending issues
Notifies Manager of anyNotifies Manager of any urgent incoming requests for review and ensure records are available
Establishes and maintains allEstablishes and maintains all logs, records, or other file systems necessary to accurately track production for referral office
