Student Recruitment and Market DevelopmentLead and drive number and revenue targets across all lines of businessDevelop a comprehensive recruitment and marketing plan which includes participation in recruitment activities such as exhibitions, seminars, alumni events to meet the set student admission targetsMaintain a data-driven approach to recruitment, monitoring application and admission trends, and reporting on all phases of recruitment process to the Regional Recruitment OfficeAchieve student admission targets through the established channels of recruitment agents and feeder schools and universitiesLead conversion activities including attendance at events and discussions with potential students and their parents and offer education advice and guidanceManaging assigned country budget allocation, prepare reports and forecasts as requiredManage effective launch of new programmes in-countryEnhance SIM’s in-market value proposition to differentiate against competitive offeringsIdentify, maintain and develop relationships with key bodies including embassies, government agencies and private sector companies (for creating internship, career and sponsorship opportunities)Developing, maintaining and managing strategic working relationships, partnerships and activities with key stakeholders (internally and externally) Corporate EngagementAgencies and private sectors (for creating internship, career and sponsorship opportunities)Developing, maintaining and managing strategic working relationships, partnerships and activities with key stakeholders (internally and externally)Sales ManagementWork with internal departments to ensure smooth admission of studentsWork experienceAt least 5 years of managerial experience leading and developing cross-cultural teams in business development, account management, sales management, or related functions.

Proven track record in driving business growth, managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and building long-term strategic partnerships. Experience working with diverse stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and business environments, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships effectively. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams to deliver strong performance while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Experience in developing and executing market expansion initiatives, partnership engagement strategies, and client retention programmes. Working knowledge of Singapore's Private Education sector and the Transnational Education (TNE) landscape will be an advantage. Familiarity with higher education institutions, international student recruitment, academic partnerships, articulation pathways, or education-related business development activities is preferred.

Frequent overseas travel is required as part of this role.
