You’ll need
Licensure
✓This role requires effective collaboration with Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and other healthcare team members to address the physical, psychosocial, educational, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.
✓Employees that require a licensed or certification must be properly licensed/certified and the licensure/certification must be in good standing.
Certifications
✓Must complete the MA Residency or obtain certification within 12 months of hire.
✓Completion of required competencies, including Medical Terminology, and other entry-level training.
Education
✓High school diploma or GED required.
✓Or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered.
Qualifications
Six (6) months experience in a healthcare-related field preferred, providing basic understanding of patient care and clinical processes.
