Education
✓Master’s degree in Business, Education, Health Care, or equivalent experience required.
✓Knowledge of the ACGME institutional responsibilities such as the Annual Institutional Review (AIR), CLER activities, institutional self-studies, and residency program evaluation and data management collection.
Qualifications
✓Must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written skills, proven leadership abilities, and computer skills with programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power Point.
✓Must be able to work collaboratively with executive/physician leadership, program coordinators, hospital personnel, and institutions of higher learning to develop/maintain collegial relationships and teamwork.
Five (5) years of experience in Graduate Medical Education, and two or more years of hospital and leadership experience strongly preferred.
Experience with electronic residency management systems such as New Innovations is preferred.
