DEXA Technician - Mammography

The DEXA Technician performs a variety of technical work related to the taking and processing of x-ray films and work relative to the department's scope of activities as required. Graduate of a Bone Densitometry Program or Radiology Program (CRT). Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist or Upon hire: California Limited Permit Dual Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry. Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Bone Densitometry. Experience as a DEXA Technician; 2 years preferred.
