Education
✓Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, health care, or other applicable degree.
Qualifications
✓Strong and demonstrated PC skills are required along with an ability to learn new systems.
✓Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills are required
✓Ability to work with others and develop consensus among differing parties.
✓Knowledge and understanding of health plan diagnosis risk models and diagnosis coding.
✓Ability to self-direct work, detail orientated and organized.
✓Ability to manage and impart confidential information.
✓Constructive dissatisfaction with the status quo and drive for improvement using strategic thinking skills.
✓Ability to use critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem solving for solution-driven work processes.
✓Ability to teach, coach and influence others.
✓Proficient in preparing, leading, and facilitating meetings.
