• Oversee daily operations of the dialysis unit and manage staff schedules. Assess and monitor patient conditions before, during, and after dialysis treatments. Coordinate and ensure high-quality patient care and safety compliance during dialysis. Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff and assist with training new employees. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to discuss care plans. Document and maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and outcomes. Stay updated on best practices regarding dialysis care and implement new procedures as necessary. Requirements Nursing Degree (RN) from an accredited program. 1
• 3 years of experience in a healthcare dialysis setting, with 1
• 2 years focused on nursing care for End
• Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients. Valid RN license for the state of practice. Current CPR certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
