You’ll need
Licensure
✓EMT licensure may be substituted for two years of clinical dialysis experience
Certifications
✓BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
✓Dialysis Technician Certification (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved state certification program or a national commercially available certification program) required within 18 months of hire or transfer into the position.
Education
✓High School Diploma or GED
Qualifications
✓Two (2) years clinical dialysis experience
✓Necessary Skills
✓Ability to function in a high-volume, stressful patient care environment utilizing.
✓Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✓Age of Patients Served: Adult (18-64 years) Geriatric (=>65 years)
