Dietary Supervisor (12892)

Follow proper delivery and menu reading. Make decisions and lead the staff. Fill in other job positions as needed.

Practice sound sanitation. Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No previous experience required.

Six to twelve months' experience in food service industry and sanitation management preferred. Experience working with customers face to face. Communicates well with other.

Additional Skills/Abilities: Ability to read and write and to speak and follow oral and written instructions. Must read and use simple arithmetic. Must be able to follow a recipe and measure correctly.
