Job Summary and Qualifications As a Dietary Technician, you will act as an ambassador and support the mission of our hospital by optimizing the quality of life of our patients. Your duties will also include (but not limited to): You will be assisting patients with menu selections in compliance with therapeutic diets You will have clerical responsibilities including filing, keeping records of forms, menus and other office supplies used in clinical area You will ensure proper sanitation of all dishes, flatware, trays, pots and pans, utensils You will communication with a variety of personnel and healthcare providers
