You’ll need
Certifications
✓Registration or registration eligible with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
✓Licensed or licensed eligible with the State of Iowa
✓Current CPR/BCLS certification
✓Maintains American National Standards Institute accredited food protection/safety certification (i.e. ServSafe Food Protection Manager/Certified Food Safety Manager) or obtained within 90 days for new hire.
Education
✓After January 1, 2024, Master's degree in dietitics or degree that meets the requirements of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietitics.
✓Individuals credentialed as Registered Dietitians prior to January 1, 2024 are eligible with a Bachelor's degree in dietitics or degree that meets the requirements of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietitics.
✓Successful completion of internship or coordinated undergraduate program that meets the American Dietetic Association guidelines.
Qualifications
✓Effective oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with PACE participants, their families, and other health care professionals
✓Ability to effectively communicate and work within the Interdisciplinary Team setting.
✓Strong organizational skills.
✓Able to manage changing priorities per needs of the program
✓Use of Microsoft office products.
