We are pleased to announce the following available position: Director of Plant Operations The Director of Plant Operations/Safety Officer is responsible for managing and organizing the operations of the facility including maintenance and grounds keeping while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies.
This position also serves as the facility's Safety Officer and serves on the Safety/Risk Committee. A minimum five (5) years related experience with at least one year of management experience in Environmental Care/Services. Spanish speaking skills preferred. Must have experince with reading blueprints and understand Life Safety Code and OSHA Regulations.
Must have an understanding of Ohm's Law and refrigeration theory. Licensure/Certification: Current Florida Driver’s License (may be required to drive company van on occasion) CRT Certificate Knowledge and
