Strong project management skills, leadership skills, communication skills, and working knowledge of behavioral health care safety regulatory standards and construction protocol.
The Director of Engineering / Plant Operations serves as the facility Subject Matter Expert on environment of care, building and engineering codes, maintenancce and opereations of HVAC equipment plumbing, eletrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance.
