Certifications
✓Must successfully pass background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check.
✓Must successfully complete RQI BLS training and obtain required BLS certification.
Education
✓Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's Degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
✓Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance and organizational development.
✓Strong leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
✓Ability to engage with patients and team members in a Trauma Informed Care therapeutic approach.
✓New hires are required to attend one (1) full week of New Employee Orientation on day shift, normally 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site environment. preferred

Responsibilities Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility providing acute crisis stabilization services for adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting since 2001. Our individualized treatment includes a structured, therapeutic environment, intensive physician involvement and oversight, and daily group and educational programs.
