As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities—helping them reach their full potential.

We offer part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling across various shifts and locations throughout Montgomery and Bucks Counties—allowing you to find the balance that works best for you. How You’ll Make an Impact: · Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming) · Accompany clients on errands and appointments · Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities · Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation · Participate in community integration activities Compensation &
