- Provide one-to-one-behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges Provides/assists with daily program activities in the areas of self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor and behavior and crisis intervention Assist client with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation and other activities as needed Implement and collect data of the behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan Apply NOW by emailing cawong@maxhealth.com directly, or calling our office at 510
