Director - Cardiovascular Operating Room

Responsibilities Serves as part of the Cardiovascular (CV) executive management team focused on promoting the mission, vision, and values of Piedmont Healthcare Corporation (PHC), embracing a person-centered philosophy while promoting cardiovascular services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes. Leads the administrative, operational, and clinical functions of the Cardiovascular Operating Rooms (CVOR) and Perfusion teams.

Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university Required Master’s degree in Business Administration Preferred Work Experience 7 years of experience working in an inpatient hospital setting with three (3) of those years in progressive leadership roles. Required improvement or strategic project management preferably in continuous improvement, transformation and management functions Required Significant experience in productive physician/caregiver relationship building and relationship management Required Clinical cardiovascular experience and/or management experience in an interventional cardiovascular program and/or open heart program Preferred Experienced in manipulating and managing complex data sets and making data driven decisions.
