Education
✓Demonstrated experience may be gained from prior operational management and/or leadership roles, through completion of college degrees, or a combination of applicable professional and educational experiences.
✓Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, operations management, healthcare administration, or a related field. preferred
Qualifications
✓Five (5) years’ experience demonstrating capabilities and success applicable to the role.

✓Strategic and analytical skills
✓Financial acumen and budget management
✓Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance

✓Knowledge of resource management and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in healthcare operations management. Proven track record in managing complex operations and leading teams to success. preferred
