Designation as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from AAMC is preferred.

Education
✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
✓Degree can be substituted for at least three (3) years of Compliance leadership experience.
Master’s degree is desirable preferred
Qualifications
✓Four to Seven years of healthcare compliance and privacy related experience required, along with previous management experience or four years of escalating responsibility and work-experience in compliance and/or privacy field (healthcare, law, internal audit) including progressive program and projec
✓Experience must demonstrate an elevated level of effective written and oral communication skills, planning skills, follow-up skills, critical thinking skills, personal diplomacy skills, and project management skills.
✓Relevant understanding of roles and responsibilities of coding, billing, access and provider enrollment functions in Revenue Cycle, Medicare regulations and Medicaid regulations.
