✓Understands advanced statistical models and their application to direct and indirect assessment data.
✓Able to measure, collect, analyze, and report on student learning and performance data to improve medical education.
✓Understanding database systems and analyzing data using statistical software are essential.
✓Able to supervise support staff and adapt communication style for effective project management.
✓Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities during critical system statuses, and the capability to handle multiple projects and deadlines are important.
✓The candidate should have color distinction, sufficient hearing and sight for communication and workplace tasks, and the ability to read computer screens and written documents efficiently.
Proficiency in statistical software packages, such as Excel, SPSS, SAS, or R, and programming skills in VBA, SQL, and R are preferred.

Oversees and administers support to faculty and students on the use of audience response systems (Turning Point and PowerPoint products). Develops and maintains in-house Medical Education Test Scores database.
