Licensure
✓As an advanced-degree clinician with active healthcare licensure and medical billing credentials, the Director also plays an integral role in advancing the Centers’ clinical services and long-term sustainability.
✓Active, unencumbered Arkansas clinical licensure matching the advanced degree.
✓Clinical Services & Sustainability : Utilize advanced clinical credentials and active licensure to provide billable education and navigation services that support regional clinical revenue and long-term program sustainability.
Education
✓Current University of Arkansas System employees, including student employees and graduate assistants, need to log in to Workday via MyApps.
✓Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years of demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare administration, clinical education, or academic program management, with a background in geriatric or special needs populations, or
✓Master's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or related field = plus four (4) years of demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare administration, clinical education, or academic program management, with a background in geriatric or special needs populations required.
PhD, DNP. preferred
Qualifications
✓Annual TB Screening, No Background Check Required
