Education
✓Bachelor’s degree
Master's Degree preferred
Qualifications
✓Seven to ten years’ experience as/in Property and Casualty Broker, Corporate Risk Management, Property and Casualty Insurance or related industries with five years supervisory experience
✓Strong technical knowledge of product development methodology and facilitation
✓Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and administering Property and Casualty Insurance Plans
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Ability to prioritize and multi-task
✓Successful record of accomplishment in leading and effecting change
✓Management skills
✓Customer service and marketing skills
CPCU, ARM, RPLU and other insurance designations preferred
