Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

The Director, FP&A will be focused on supporting the execution and management of various functions of the Financial Planning department, Collecting, analyzing large datasets, building predictive models and dashboards using statistics, can communicating complex insights through visualizations to drive data driven business decisions. This will be done by collaborating with cross-functional teams and developing algorithms to solve problems.

The position will require very strong organizational and structuring skills, strong analytics/analysis ability, and a high degree of collaboration/partnership with members of different departments within the Hospital and its medical group. Required: A Bachelor’s degree (B. A., B.

S.) or higher with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare budget/data analytics and/or finance. Understanding of financial accounting and its impact on reporting systems Strong project management skills Intermediate or better Microsoft Excel skills.

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Preferred: Data Analytics/Budget experience Finance project management experience
