Collaborates with institutional leadership and the board to establish realistic annual financial goals based on the hospital's strategic priorities. Focuses on relationship-based giving from individuals and businesses through major, planned, and blended gifts. Works with hospital leadership and the foundation's board to identify, engage, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospects and donors. Collaborates with finance department to ensure accurate documentation, fiscal management, and accountability. Records all donor activity in software management system and ensures all donations are reconciled using management system and other software tools. Ensures prompt and accurate donor acknowledgment and recognition. Provides reports to the board and executive leadership on the foundation's goals, progress, challenges, and opportunities. Collaborates, supports, and plans annual giving opportunities to acquire, renew, and upgrade donors through various channels. Develops the foundation's promotional plans and materials in collaboration with other regional foundations and teams to ensure alignment with brand standards. Presents the foundation's information and updates to campus leadership and new employees. Directs the foundation's board in identifying, engaging, and orienting volunteer board members to meet the foundation's goals. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
