This is a full time opportunity that combines healthcare leadership, business development, and relationship-building to expand services, strengthen referral partnerships, and help more individuals receive care in the comfort of home. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS At least five years of progressive healthcare management experience, or a degree in healthcare administration or a related field with at least three years of progressive management experience.

A demonstrated ability to grow client volume, develop referral networks, and attract new business beyond existing service areas. Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and assessment skills. The ability to work independently and adapt in a changing healthcare environment.

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the service area and to Redeemer Health locations. A commitment to the mission and values of Redeemer Health.
