Job Summary The Director of Home Division Operations leads the strategic and operational management of Harris Health's home-based care programs, including Hospital at Home and House Calls.
This role drives program development, quality improvement, and integration across inpatient and outpatient settings to ensure seamless, high-quality care delivery in the home. The Director partners with cross-functional leaders to standardize processes, optimize clinical and financial outcomes, and sustain regulatory and accreditation compliance. This position champions innovation, builds collaborative networks, and ensures the division aligns with Harris Health's mission to expand access to patient-centered care.
Degrees: - PHD Advanced higher degree (PharmD, MD) (Preferred) - Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Health Administration or related healthcare field. Licenses &
