You’ll need
Certifications
✓In accordance with the CHRISTUS Health License, Certification and Registration Verification Policy, all Associates are required to obtain the required certifications for their respective positions within the designated time frame.
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or comparable human resources certification preferred.
Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma, change management, or comparable process improvement or project leadership certification preferred.
Education
✓Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, operations, or a related field required.
Master's degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, or a related field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Seven years of progressive Human Resources experience required; ten years preferred.
✓Experience leading complex enterprise HR initiatives, organizational transformations, integrations, organizational design efforts, or cross-functional solution development from assessment through implementation and transition required.
✓Experience consulting with senior and executive leaders, influencing stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams within a complex, matrixed organization required.
✓Advanced knowledge of human resources strategy, healthcare operations, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, governance, and process improvement.
✓Strong consulting, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to assess complex issues and develop practical, enterprise-aligned solutions.
✓Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect people strategy, operational priorities, organizational performance, and enterprise outcomes.
✓Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and executive communication skills, including the ability to develop recommendations, business cases, presentations, implementation plans, and status updates for senior leaders.
✓Ability to use data, research, people analytics, operational insights, and stakeholder feedback to inform decisions, evaluate outcomes, and improve solution effectiveness.
✓Ability to build trust, align diverse stakeholders, influence without authority, and effectively navigate ambiguity while managing multiple enterprise priorities.
Experience managing enterprise initiative portfolios, including prioritization, resource planning, reporting, risk identification, and outcome tracking preferred.
Healthcare experience and experience supporting multiple ministries, business units, or similarly complex organizations preferred.
