Certifications

Education
✓Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing required.
✓Master’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field required.
Qualifications
✓The employee is responsible for maintaining all required licensure and practice authority.
✓Minimum of three to five years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience in a complex healthcare environment.
✓Demonstrated success in inpatient operations, quality improvement, patient safety, workforce engagement, and fiscal management.
✓Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements including CMS, Joint Commission, Department of Health, and Magnet standards.
✓Expertise in quality improvement, patient safety, healthcare operations, budgeting, and workforce planning.
✓Strong analytical, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and change management skills.
✓Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and manage complex organizational initiatives.
✓Proficiency in healthcare information systems and business applications.
Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing multiple clinical service areas preferred.
